Getting more connected with our body.  Now let’s break this down a bit between the masculine and the feminine energy. The natural state of the feminine energy is the feeling energy where as the masculine energy is the thinking energy.  In order to have a better connection with our feminine energy we need to be able to tune into how we are truly feeling and how that impacts our actions.  If you often find yourself in your head, thinking through the best logical step, or day dreaming, this could be a sign that there is an opportunity to bring more of the feminine energy into your daily awareness.  Today we’ll share some ways we can get more into our body.
