  • In this episode.I discuss how our brains have evolved over the last 200,000 years and how we have conflated what we call "worry" to be a present and imminent threat. Our brains are constantly on guard, throwing out 'solutions' to 'problems' it perceives, flooding us with all sorts of feelings. We innocently take what we think and feel at face value. What would happen if we we're curious about that energy we call worry? To sit and be a witness to the experience? Not to identify with the stories, the feelings, the thoughts, but to simply acknowledge its' presence. Through this, we begin to feel a sense of wholeness, aliveness, and acceptance for every part of yourself.
