In this high-concept cinematic flop, Doctor Whenever, a part-time time lord, enlists returning guests, HBO Max (not to be confused with the streaming service FKA as "HBO Max") and KD to attempt to fix the Hollywood timeline (or space-time continuum) by discussing changes for films that failed to live up to their potential.
