in-Dialogue with the #notwhite collective

  • サマリー

  • The #notwhite collective is a group of artists and arts administrators. We work in a sector where we can't see ourselves reflected back to us and where we may be the only ones advocating for equity, justice, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility for our people. We work in a sector that does not see us or see our art or work unless it can be used to fill quotas or beam optics. Throughout this series, #notwhite collective members will be in dialogue with our regional, national, and international colleagues and peers to unpack how we do what we do to decolonize and humanize the art sector. These are candid conversations with not white artists and art administrators from Pittsburgh and beyond.
