Guignol nous vient de Lyon, il a fait tous les métiers, il n'aime pas beaucoup travailler. Bon et gentil, parfois un peu stupide, parfois intelligent il est toujours honnête, enfin presque. Toujours de bonne humeur, il mélange, écorche les mots soit par malice, soit par ignorance. Guignol reçoit beaucoup de coups de bâtons, il en donne aussi beaucoup ! Il aime la bagarre ! Aidé du destin ou de ses amis, il se sort de tous les mauvais pas. Toutes ses aventures se terminent bien et en chansons.

"Pinocchio court toujours" est un conte musical en 45 tableaux. Alternance de chansons et de dialogues, les personnages sont incarnés par de nombreux artistes : Pierre Perret, Mathias Malzieu, Enzo Enzo.
