Surah An-Nas, the 114th chapter of The Holy Quran, is known as "The Mankind." It is a brief but profound chapter consisting of six verses. The surah emphasizes seeking refuge in Allah SWT from the whispers of Shaytan (Satan) and evil inclinations that may lead one astray. It highlights the universal nature of human vulnerability to such influences and the importance of seeking protection from them. An-Nas is considered a Makki surah, meaning it was revealed in the earlier period of Prophet Muhammad SAW mission, during his time in Makkah.

The blessed Chapter, revealed in Mecca, has 40 verses. The designation of the Chapter, denoting resurrection, derives from the opening verse. The chapter, as reflected in its title, mainly treats of the Day of Resurrection. It opens with an enumeration of the harsh and frightening incidents to occur at the end of the world and proceeds to make mention of the happy and sad appearances of the good and evil doers.

Surah Al-Waqi'ah ("The Inevitable" or "The Event") is the 56th surah (chapter) of The Holy Quran. Muslims believe it was revealed in Mecca (see Meccan surah). The total number of verses in this surah are 96. It mainly discusses the afterlife according to Islam, and the different fates people will face in it.

The surah begins by describing how on the Day of Judgment, the Earth will give off a terrible earthquake and "throw up her burdens". Through the inspiration of God, the Earth will bear witness to the actions of men it has witnessed. According to Michael Sells, the Earth opening up and bearing forth her secrets in this surah is indicative of a birth metaphor. Human beings will then realize that the moment of accountability has arrived. This meticulous accountability will reflect good and evil deeds that might have seemed insignificant at the time.

The Cow or Surah al-Baqarah is the second and longest chapter (Surah) of The Noble Quran. It consists of 286 verses. "Surah An-Nur" ("The Light") is the 24th sura of the Quran with 64 ayat. The general agreement of scholars is that this sura was revealed shortly before or after the Battle of the Trench in AH 5. The sura begins with various explanations and decrees on or relating to corrupt sexual acts, family law, and specifications on the giving of testimony. Foremost among these rulings is God's punishment for adultery. This section ends with the pronouncement that good men and women should be paired together, as should corrupt men and corrupt women.
