The First Book of Prayers is a book that God asked me to write. In it he wanted me to write out prayers to him. I didn’t know what it would look like when it was complete, but I obeyed. As I began to write it, I began to understand the purpose of the book more. This is a book of prayers for others to pray. It is also a deep glimpse into how I pray personally. It is my heart speaking to my heavenly father. Contained within are 60 prayers making various requests of the Living God.

This book stands as evidence of my personal relationship with a loving God who wants a personal relationship with us all individually. It is a recounting of my personal relationship with God, a recounting of my “listening and obeying” to the voice of my God. The events in this book are my own experiences and the witnesses of others to those experiences.

In 2021, God called me to come and know him more. So as 2022 begins, that is what I am seeking to do. This book is a collection of my daily findings on who God is, seeking to know him more and to make him known to the world.

This book documents how God gave me the task of writing The Book of Benjamin Kareth. Of all the gifts God has given me, he has chosen writing to be the defining one. God wrote the story of my life before he formed me in my mother’s womb and now I am walking out that story, day by day, in, by, and through faith in him. The work God gave me to do is to share my personal relationship with him within this audiobook for you to witness. All for the glory of his great name.

This book documents how God took the man I was, Daniel Kole, and transformed me into the man I am becoming: Benjamin Kareth. Throughout our journey with God in this life we are faced with times of solitude and obscurity. This book chronicles a period of 40 days in the year 2022 of my journey. God is teaching me more and more about discipleship and what that looks like on a daily basis. Walking with him and walking in the Holy Spirit are daily, moment-by-moment actions. This journey as a follower of Jesus Christ is a lifestyle—a new life, his way. Join me for this part of my journey.

The First 40 Days is Part 12 of The Book Of Benjamin Kareth. This part of The Book Of Benjamin Kareth covers a 40 day period of time between January 21, 2021 and March 1, 2021. This is a time of transition and a time of changes. It is a time of becoming something new and of stepping into the new.

The Second Journey to Israel tells the story of Benjamin Kareth’s call, journey to, and return from a Hebrew language university in Haifa, Israel. He was called to learn Hebrew and to love those who God set before him along the way. This is a story of a life lived by faith, a life completely given away, and a life set like flint to obey God no matter the personal cost.
