I’ve written a number of books on longevity and immortality. But I’ve only had some partial chapters on long-lived plants and animals. This is an important subject because all of this life is based on the same DNA code we have in our own bodies. If this life can live for hundreds or thousands of years, then this says that it is possible for humanity to live that long, also. Here I’ve researched and included lots of specimens of animal and plant life which represent the extremes of longevity for widely varying life.

I’ve had a number of enlightenment and paranormal experiences in my life, so naturally I’m curious about fully enlightened or ascended masters. These masters probably exist and would have some incredible abilities, since paranormal powers are attributed to the spiritual development process.

Many of my friends who know me well and know some of my experiences insist I should write an autobiography because many people will find my stories fascinating. My life has been about my spiritual and paranormal explorations of the world and studies of our universe. These stories include a spirit attacking me, many prophecies of mine - some of which saved my life - a fight with a bear in the wilderness, and many other strange experiences, including a spiritual-enlightenment event and specific memories from before, during, and just after my birth.

In this book I present the listener with four sources of proof that aliens and UFOs have been on the Earth for not only thousands, but millions of years. The first source is about giants existing on this Earth not only thousands, but millions of years ago. It was before humanity existed. Giant footprints have been found in stone in many cases, which is strong evidence that alien giants existed back then, who walked the Earth. When I decided to write this book, I collected many disparate sources of anti-gravity research and the contributions of possible alien anti-gravity information. The stories of anti-gravity usage in flying craft goes back thousands of years to the stories of Vimanas from ancient Indian texts. There are also a number of aeronautical and space ships which have been built possibly using anti-gravity technologies. These crafts are listed and described here, too. My own experience has also evolved as I continue to self-publish new books and gain more experience with additional sales channels. There are many books available to tell you how to make money and have fun writing your own book. However, many of these books become out of date quickly as the market evolves.

I’m also a Reiki healer and have experimented a lot with vital forces and different healing methods. In looking at all the books available on this topic I saw a lot focusing on the spiritual aspects and some focused on chakra usage or Reiki healing. What I didn’t see was an overview and history of the whole topic to help people understand how spiritual and energy healing developed and how it fits into the science and medicine of today. There is also a need to see how spiritual and energy healing integrates with other medicines to improve a person’s long term health.

I have written six other books on ancient civilizations and Giants. This book ties them all together to show that these ancient societies and relics had to have been created by Alien Giants who existed not only during human history but millions of years ago. Many pieces of evidence are included here to provide evidence for this claim. Some newly found information is also included about these ancient sites including wheel ruts millions of years old. Evidence is shown for Giants on this Earth not only during recorded human history but millions of years ago.

This audiobook is about ancient tunnels and underground cities. From the previous research I’ve done on related topics, I do strongly believe that these findings are related to ancient civilizations which we know existed from ruins on the Earth. Some of these findings are stories that have more evidence to prove they are real than others. This is why I’ve divided this book up into two parts.
