In this story of deplorable humiliation, janitor Forrest Franklin is asked to cover for an overly busy Dr. Thompson by heading over to a nearby grocery store where one of the cashiers needs a complete physical as per state requirements. But this isn’t just any clerk. No, sir. Twenty-three-year-old Casey Collins is as beautiful and shapely as they come. She is also as modest, nervous, and embarrassed as they come. Well, she has every reason to be embarrassed. It’s bad enough that this shivering maiden needs to be examined in the not-so-private stockroom in the back of the store.

Forrest is invited by Dr. Thompson to “assist” him in examining his next patient—make that two! Much to Forrest’s pleasant surprise, the doc has conveniently scheduled Jennifer Monroe, a hot forty-something, to have her physical at the same time as her stepdaughter, Kayla! Not that this was an easy task! Both women are profoundly modest, and Kayla, a college-bound freshman, is as shy and innocent as they come. But in the end, both women wind up shivering in nothing but paper gowns as their two “doctors” take them to the outer limits of medical humiliation.

In this dirty-minded tale, all nurses at the clinic are due for their annual physicals—and Forrest is thrilled out of his mind when Dr. Thompson invites him to “help out”! Not that these four lovely and well-shaped nurses are thrilled! When they arrive and find him there—at the request of Dr. Thompson—they are a hot mess of shock, outrage, and over-the-top embarrassment. And that embarrassment only multiplies when they discover that Forrest is not just there to watch but to help out by performing many of the same duties as the doctor himself!
