Atticus Archer has finally caught a break. After years of grinding away, making little indie games and releasing them into the void with relatively little success while struggling to sustain himself on minimum wage nightmare jobs, he has finally produced a hit. And after nine solid months of work, Atticus is burned out.

Atticus could never have predicted that he'd meet and begin dating a woman literally old enough to be his mother...let alone two of them. After deciding to stick around for a time longer and bunk with Colleen, Atticus has a major decision to make. Colleen and Edith want him to stay in Lakeside, as does Kate.
