Summer is around the corner, and Little League first baseman, Billy Kramer, is looking forward to playing another year with the LA Southgate Sharks. His plans are uprooted when his mother announces an unexpected move to rural Bennington, Nebraska. Billy's world is turned upside down. Billy hoped to find a new team that could compete at the same level as his former team. He soon finds that Bennington's local team, the Bunz Town Badgers, is composed of below-average players who haven't won a game in two years.

Ace basketball player, T.D. Lake, is about to break the school record for the all-time highest scoring player. He is good—really good. But with untamed talent comes arrogance. With plenty of games left in the season, T.D. knows breaking the record will be easy for him to do. However, T.D.'s life takes several unexpected twists and turns before he approaches the final game of his middle school career.

Jacoby Howard was the star quarterback, and I was the middle linebacker who was going to stop him from scoring. I glanced up at the scoreboard; it read: 03-21-17. Jacoby had to go through me to win the game. My teeth clenched as I crouched, ready to surge forward. As soon as the center moved the ball, I blitzed. I stayed low and dropped my shoulder pads just in time to meet Jacoby at the goal line. We connected with a loud thud on impact. Time stood still. Everything came down to this play.

Colt, a skilled junior golfer, has one huge problem…he falls apart when playing in front of a crowd. He thinks he might have found the solution to his golfing issues when a mysterious man moves into his Palm Springs neighborhood. Colt sets out with his two best friends to convince the man to be Colt’s new golf coach. Once they meet Pro Kitchen, they find out there is something special about this new neighbor.
