このコンテンツについて
Why can our skinny friends eat fast food, go on all-you-can-eat vacations, get sick, but still, they maintain a healthy weight! Why do they have such a different experience than those of us who gain weight by just looking at a slice of pizza?
The answer is biodiversity!
Excuse me! And what the hell is this whatchamacallit?
A fat-burning microbiome is an ecosystem, a community of thousands of different microbial species that derives their power, their stability, resilience, strong immunity, and defiance to gut roaches from its biodiversity.
It’s not about the skinny gene, or the fast metabolism, or any of the old wives’ tales that have kept us ashamed of our weight.
When we see identical twins where one is obese and the other is at a healthy weight, we get what the scientists have recently proven: The microbiome has more influence on our weight than genetics! When two individuals go on identical diets and one loses weight and the other gains weight, once again, the difference can be explained by their microbial diversity.
Each one of our microbiomes is singularly unique! And its diversity defines our stability, resilience, health, defiance to gut roaches, and strong immunity.
Our ability to eat a healthy diet and lose weight depends on physical health and neurological stability! That's why when our overall health or our neurological resilience are unstable, it not only compromises the quality of our lives, but our ability to lose weight. What defines health and mental well-being? The diversity of our microbiome!
Biodiversity is our birthright, what defines not only our health, but our ability to sustain a healthy weight, our neurological resilience vitality, joie de vivre, and our lifeforce!
If you’re ready to live as the best version of yourself, then it’s time to invest in your microbiome! It’s time to enrich your biodiversity.
