  • Gut Health Class 010

    There was a time that I COULDN’T enjoy my days because my body was a barrier- the body pain, the stomach aches, the need to fight tiredness all day, feeling irritable and having mood swings out of nowhere that interfered with my relationships and happiness, and irritability and general discomfort. Just not feeling GOOD.

    One of the biggest contributors to my healing is learning about and focusing on GUT HEALTH. Majority of people have some degree of gut health issues and they are related to pretty much EVERYTHING! If there’s one thing you want to really understand, make it this! This class goes in depth so you can understand the main aspects of gut health and how to improve it.

  • Chronic Fatigue / Low Energy - How I Overcame It 004

    Chronic fatigue (aka constant exhaustion or low energy) is a really common issue that is a result of our health AND a few other things.

    I explain my experience with chronic fatigue and how it interfered with me living up to my full potential, as well as what helped me overcome it.

    From struggling to get out of bed no matter how much I slept (even up to 15 hours!) needing naps daily, and feeling exhausted all day long to waking up with ease (often before my alarm), having energy all day, and no longer depending on naps... I'm an example that this isn't just a matter of genetics or something we just have to accept!

    Having energy gives us literal TIME, as well as focus and an ability to do MORE than simply survive the day.
