Mom's Fluffiest Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
Pancake mix (we use Bisquick)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
1-2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1-2c Milk
Syrup, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Follow boxed instructions based on serving size desired.
- Add egg and milk. Stir. Should be pourable but thick.
- Stir in vanilla extract and pumpkin spice.
- Cook on a buttered or oiled pan until browned on both sides.
- Top with syrup or other choice toppings.
