    As many people know I struggled with anorexia and bulimia for many years and it turned my life upside down. In this episode, I reflect on my journey with an eating disorder talking about how it developed and how bad it got. Although this is raw, honest and uncomfortable at times, I hope it helps others feel they are not alone.

    In this open and honest episode, I share my hard struggles with anxiety + ocd, and discuss the various things I have found that help to ease my anxiety. Panic attacks and anxiety are scary but these tips really help to ease some of it. Remember you might feel like a caterpillar, but a butterfly always follows!

  • stop saying "im fine"
    2023/07/20
    Every single one of us has said "im fine" at some point and not meant it. In this episode i talk about trying to stop doing this and to engage in how we're actually feeling. Saying we are fine when we're not means we are pushing part of ourselves down and shoving it in a box, waiting for it to reappear later. Its uncomfortable but I think we can do it.
