In this episode, Nikki interviews Elizabeth about the benefits of Forest Bathing, also known as Shinrin Yoku.
Elizabeth Mintun is a psychotherapist and mindful life coach. Elizabeth has a psychotherapy private practice in Columbus, Ohio and an online mindfulness-based life coaching practice. She also facilitates an online self-care membership called The Calming Ground, which supports and guides women to move from feeling depleted, overwhelmed, and exhausted to feeling energized, confident, and inspired. Elizabeth is the creator and host of The Calming Ground Podcast and she is a certified Qigong teacher and Forest Therapy Guide.
