    In this special 60th birthday episode I'll be talking with a couple of important people who have been with me since I started down the Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga path.

    First, I sit down with my son, Trevor, as we reflect briefly on the past five years, discussing the challenges we've faced, the pivotal moment that changed the trajectory of our lives and most importantly, the healing we've experienced together.

    I also welcome my dear friend John Chernesky, whom I met at my first Basic Pranic Healing Workshop back in 2019. John and I share a deep bond over our spiritual journeys and the understanding of life's profound aspects.

Asmi, holding a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson, currently thrives in her role at Google. Despite a demanding corporate career, her spiritual journey is equally profound. Growing up in a Gujarati Jain family, Asmi faced a significant turning point with the unexpected loss of her parents just before her 26th birthday. Through mantras, therapy, and determination, she found her direction in life and pursued an MBA.

    Asmi's path back to spirituality led her to yoga teacher training, sound healing in Nepal, and pranic healing with a deeper commitment through Arhatic Yoga. She is also the founder of Soul Tara, which recently introduced the enchanting end-of-year journal, Cosmic Starlight. Her dedication extends to her YouTube channel and community work, making healing accessible for everyone, especially within the BIPOC and WOC communities.
