    Today we are talking about poop. Can be gross but can also be hilarious, so let’s lean into the humor. Specifically we are talking about how to collect a stool sample. So if your doctor asked you to leave a stool sample this episode is for you! It can be extremely daunting to know you have to interact with your poop more than flushing the toilet, so I hope this intimate walk through will make the process smoother. Don’t just not do this test because it is hard, this test could be super helpful for your doctor so let's get it done.
