Friend of the Show, Dave Macklem, sends in a report from Japan where he is prepping for his 2nd marathon. Dave shares a discussion with his friend and running coach, Tim Cleminson. Tim regales Dave about a punishing race that he absolutely crushed. Then Peter and Bryan talk up their latest runs and give a look to the upcoming Soul Searching Solstice Run on Saturday, December 21st around Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield, Massachusetts.

Marathon George sends in a wrap up with his thoughts on the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim experience. Bryan and Peter share some field audio from their run in Virginia.
