We'll explore the neglect and abuse Adrian endured at the hands of his father and stepmother, as well as the failures of the child welfare system set in place to protect him.

Your hosts discuss the shocking living conditions in which Adrian and his siblings were forced to live, and the tragic discovery of Adrian's remains on the family's property. We'll touches on the psychological aspects of the case and the lack of remorse shown by the perpetrators.

Adrian Jones endured months of abuse at the hands of his parents before his death. The investigation revealed heart-wrenching videos of the abuse captured by surveillance cameras in the home. The failure of the child protective services to intervene and protect Adrian was evident, with numerous calls made by concerned citizens reporting the abuse. Adrian's extended family had lost contact with him, and the system failed to keep track of his case as his parents moved between Kansas and Missouri.

We also also discuss the shortcomings of Adrian's Law and the efforts to improve it. The conversation ends with a call to action for listeners to get involved and make a difference in protecting children from abuse and neglect.
