There is nothing I love more than a juicy steak- and I literally wrote the book on beef. This recipe is great for a skirt steak, but can also be used on other cuts of beef, chicken or pork. You don't need much, but make sure you pick the right cut of beef for maximum beefy flavor.

And if you need some delicious side dishes to go along with your steak, my favorites include grilled potatoes, potato salad, baked beans, corn on the cob, macaroni salad, squash casserole or a nice kale salad!
