Introduction:
(Robyn) I believe I met Jen Mendyka on Twitter about 2 years ago. We quickly connected and became accountability partners. It's been interesting to watch her story unfold because she has had to face her share of adversity. Still, she has managed to get off blood pressure medications, reverse prediabetes and clear psoriasis. She continues to set goals for herself and now has a passion for helping youth understand how to properly fuel their bodies.
