Daniel found Vinnie Tortorich's No Sugars, No Grains (NSNG) and learned that weight loss and mental balance could be achieved by removing carbohydrate from his diet. He also incorporates a strict training routine. Now he is lean, not mean, and ready to serve his family & his community.
