  • 13. The power of beliefs

    In this episode, Craig talks about the power of beliefs.

    Stemming from an exercise he did, he talks about:

    • limiting beliefs which have held him back, why, and how he got past them
    • the importance of identifying limiting beliefs and how to challenge them
    • positive beliefs that support him now in achieving his highest goals.

    This exercise was in the book Unlimited Power, by Tony Robbins, but variations have been in lots of other articles online and other books as well.

  • 11. How you might be suffering from depression and not know it.

    In this episode, Craig talks about some symptoms you might be experiencing which could indicate you're suffering from depression.

    Using his personal experience with depression, he covers lots of different things he experienced changing in his life over a period of 6-9 months from 2021 into 2022, which made him realise something was wrong and get help.
