The Dodgers won their fifth game in a row behind a strong performance from Landon Knack and some big hits from Shohei Ohtani and Gavin Lux. Ohtani came through multiple times for the offense, and Lux continued his resurgence at the plate. Do we believe in Lux fully yet? Also, the Dodgers have officially been linked to Randy Arozarena. Is he a fit for the Dodgers and is there anyone else from the Rays that make sense? Lastly, Ryan Yarbrough's struggles have continued and Brent Honeywell has done well so far. Gavin Lux stayed hot with 2 hits including a 2 rbi double in the 1st to get the Dodgers on the board and give Landon Knack a little cushion. Shohei Ohtani struck out 3 times but also drove in 3 with a double and a single. Landon Knack had a quality start going 5 striking out 6 and allowing just 1 run on 2 hits for his 2nd win.

The Dodgers won their fourth straight game behind the bat of Teoscar Hernández and a strong MLB debut from River Ryan. Hernández drove in all three runs for the Dodgers, and has appeared to avoid 'ruining' his swing doing the HR Derby. He's been clutch for the team a few different times this season. Ryan pitched into the 6th inning for the first time in his professional career and was very efficient. There's always room for improvement and we'll see if he gets the chance for another go in the rotation. Lastly, the Dodgers designated James Paxton for assignment. The move was a bit surprising but ultimately makes the most sense for the team.
