The Dodgers didn't play but they gained half a game in the division as the Diamondbacks and Padres both lost. With no game to talk about, the guys discussed the NL MVP. Bobby Miller struck out 8 but that was after a giving up 2 homers in the 1st and 5 runs. Dodgers pulled the rip cord in the 6th pulling the starters, 6 hits in total and only Gavin Lux had a multi hit night. 10-1 the final

Walker Buehler looked good striking out 6 over 5 innings but did allow two solo home runs. The bullpen was lights out throwing 5 scoreless and hitless innings. Shohei Ohtani in his first return to Anaheim as a Dodger went 1-4 with a triple. Mookie Betts added some insurance after Miggy Rojas knocked in the go ahead run in the 10th Mookie hit his 15th home of the season a 3- run shot part of 4 rbi on the night.

The Dodgers secured a series win over the DBacks with a big win. Shohei Ohtani had three stolen bases and continues to look like a lock to become the first member of the 50-50 club. We break down the numbers and see the chances on Ohtani getting it done. It was a big offensive game for Ohtani but Freddie Freeman crushed two homers and Teoscar Hernandez went 5-for-5 along with a few others to put up 11 runs. This is the offense we've been waiting for once health permitted. Lastly, the Dodgers now have a 5-game lead in the division and with just 24 games left, they sit in a great spot to win the NL West.
