The Tennessee Titans are a team that needs more talent and a player like Kyle Pitts could be on the move. Should the Titans make a trade to acquire the talented tight end? Possibly, but they have a Kyle Pitts at home. Training camp is right around the corner and there will certainly be a lot to be excited about, but after the disappointments of the past, it may be hard to have a normal level of excitement. The Tennessee Titans drafted Cam Ward in the hopes he would not only lead them to victories, but that he would transform the culture of the team and he seems to be off to a fantastic start as stories of his insane work ethic and dedication begin to come out. Ward has been receiving praise in the media, from his coach Brian Callahan and his teammates like receiver Calvin Ridley. Ward can't be the only leader of the new school though, as players like JC Latham and T'Vondre Sweat look to step up and are showing leadership in the way they prepare for their sophomore season. Finally, a veteran in Cody Barton looks to take a leadership role in the center of the defense and Femi Oladejo looks to make an impact as well.

The Tennessee Titans took the field once again on Tuesday and Cam Ward had his TOUGHEST TEST yet as the Titans focused on third down scenarios for most of practice. Ward started out slow, but got better as practice went on, regardless this was more of a learning day for the rookie and those are as important right now as the impressive days. Ward's college teammate, receiver Xavier Restrepo, had a nice day and continues to show that his undrafted status is as perplexing now as it was in real time. Finally, the Titans' best player, Jeffery Simmons remains absent while newly-signed veteran Kevin Zietler will be brought along slowly, and should be.
