Micaela Hoo Talks Chronic Illness, Transformation, and Skincare

  • サマリー

  • Today, we welcome Micaela Hoo, co-founder of Chronically Hacked and My July, to the Courageous Wellness Podcast. Micaela Hoo is a writer, lifestyle entrepreneur, and chronic illness coach living in Los Angeles. She is the co-founder of Chronically Hacked, a world renowned and celebrity endorsed online course about how to navigate the confusing world of chronic illness. Additionally, Micaela and her mother, Dawn, run My July, a clean skincare line that was born out of her chronic illness. She serves as a mentor in the Global Lyme Alliance Peer-to-Peer Mentor Program. When Micaela was diagnosed with late-stage chronic Lyme disease among other chronic illnesses and found it difficult to find safe products that wouldn’t irritate her skin, her mother, Dawn, turned to nature’s simple gifts and developed homemade remedies that were effective, gentle, and comforting.
