We're taking rep pace (R), interval pace (I), threshold pace (T), and marathon pace (MP). A lot of these terms were coined by World renowned running coach Jack Daniels is his book Daniel's Running Formula

    but the vocab is used by a lot of people. This pod is an incredibly useful listen to learn how you should be executing workouts to make sure you're getting their full benefit out of them.
