Today, we explored the emotionally trying season of applying for internship! As is evident in our voices, we describe pushing through weariness to make sense of the multiple hoops of AAPI and the multifaceted tasks list encompassed in Time2Track (they have amazing customer service). 

In this episode, we have our very first guest - Kristen! In our conversation with her, we discussed meaning making, working through disappointment, and spiritual bypass.

Kristen has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health, and she is pursuing her licensure as an LPCC and she approves of the name of our podcast!

Today, we discussed a general overview of graduate psychology programs and everything in between. Within this conversation, we also discussed:

• Aspects we did not anticipate about our grad psych journey, 
• the prospect of developing new passions within the field of psychology, and... 
• we contemplate whether or not we feel there are dangers to having career limitations.

• how anxiety may sometimes lead to self-sabotage.
