    This week’s Monday Mindset is such an important one… especially if you’ve been feeling like you’re doing all the things but still missing real connection with your kids.

    We’re kicking off the week with this quote by Dr. A. Whitham: “Children spell love… T-I-M-E.”

    In this episode, I’m sharing how small, intentional moments of presence… even just 10 minutes a day… can completely shift your relationship with your child. Because it’s not about elaborate plans or carving out hours you don’t have. It’s about putting your phone down, tuning into the moment, and being truly present…even in the chaos.

    Here’s what I’m talking about: ✔️ Why quality time doesn’t have to mean “a lot of time” ✔️ How to create meaningful micro-moments (that fit into your real life) ✔️ My favorite connection rituals… from sock-sorting chats to bedtime “rose and thorn” ✔️ Why your full attention… even for 10 minutes… can fill your child’s emotional tank ✔️ A mindset shift that helps you ditch the guilt and show up with intention

    💖 This week’s challenge: Pick one moment each day this week to be fully present with your child. Put the phone away. Quiet the mental checklist. Just be there. Ask about their day. Share a story. Snuggle up. Shoot hoops. Play Uno. Give them your full attention for 10 minutes and watch what happens. ✨ Then at the end of the week, reflect: How did it feel? What did you notice?
