People failed to realize that the same amount of work that you have to put in to get the bariatric surgery or to lose the weight by getting Ozempic shot is the same as just making the necessary, healthy lifestyle changes, and becoming more physically active to being healthier without using these methods to lose weight so fast in these cases, you’re not gonna lose the weight as fast as you think.     In this podcast, I am given women who are past 40 some different type of food choices to help them to boost their metabolism. As we get older, of course our metabolism slows down and instead of burning off the foods that we digest we end up, retaining them, which of course caused us to gain weight Which most women do not like myself included. So I have broken down some of the healthiest foods that we can eat to help boost I’m metabolism, but of course, the most important thing also is exercise.
