  • A Guided Meditation and visualisation for inner exploration

    For many people, getting in the right place in meditation is the most challenging part.  There are as many meditations as there are meditation leaders, but choosing the right one for what you want to achieve can be the most difficult part of any meditation.  

    At the lake of serenity I find this an excellent leaping off point for any form of self exploration and development.  It opens your mind and puts you in the frame of mind for an internal adventure (as least, thats what I think).  I find it very empowering for either discovering aspects of my character through meditation, or visualising a preferred life path. 

    I find it most powerful when used with a Law of Attraction visualisation.
