Meet Juan Ma, (Juan Manuel Montero Campos), a chilled, spiritual dude and longtime surfer from Costa Rica's Central Valley. 

Maria is a medical doctor, a mother, a wife, a supporter of Afghan people re-settling in the US and a queen of the white water. 

Esteban grew up in Costa Rica and has been surfing since he was 11. His dream is to make it into the WSL. Listen to him talk about his relationship with surfing and how it helps him to feel happy, even when life is tough. 

One of these sisters loves surfing. The other... not so much. Listen to their surfing stories and hear about how a tragic event in the ocean affected them and galvanized them to do something to help keep people safe at Nosara's beaches.  

Anne is emotional, giving and kind as a surfer and a surf coach, but just don't mess with her or be her boyfriend when she is scared! 

Reshma is an accomplished, capable and decisive person in all other areas of her life, but for some reason, surfing brings out her over-thinking side! 

Jesse Chatty is a lifelong surfer and has been a surf coach for 14 years. Hear him talk about his experiences - both good and bad! 

Jeanne, otherwise known as 100 Wave Juanita is a 67 year old woman who started learning to surf a year and a half ago. It has not always been easy. Listen to her speak about her highs and lows.
