    Anthony Chang, MD, MBA, MS, is a pediatric cardiologist with a MS in data science from Stanford and a certification in AI from MIT. He is the medical director of the heart failure program at Children’s Hospital of Orange County and chief intelligence and innovation officer of CHOC where he founded the CHOC Sharon Disney Lund Medical Intelligence, Information, Investigation and Innovation Institute or Mi4. Chang is a national and international leader as a speaker, author, convener and the founder of numerous successful societies including the International Society for Pediatric Innovation, AIMed, ABAIM, providing education and certification in AI, the Medical Intelligence Society and most recently created the Alliance for Centers in Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, along with PCAIM, its pediatric component, now with over 100 centers from around the globe.

She is also the system director of the P2P Network, a peer support program at Northwestern, helping support physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, trainees and pharmacists through adverse events and distressful patient situations.     David A. Fiellin, MD, is a professor of medicine, emergency medicine and public health at Yale. He directs the Yale program in addiction medicine and is vice chief for faculty affairs, general internal medicine. He is an internal medicine physician with board certified in addiction medicine. He conducts research focused on improving access to treatment for unhealthy substance use in general medical settings including office-based practice, primary care, emergency departments, hospitals and HIV specialty settings. He is editor-in-chief is of the Journal of Addiction Medicine and served as co-editor of the American Society of Addiction Medicine’s textbook, Principles of Addiction Medicine, fourth, fifth and sixth editions.
