    IN THIS EPISODE Munir Adam speaks with two professionals who are very involved with self-management in Long Covid. The reality is that large numbers of people are left with the effects of this condition and empowering them with the right tools to help them better manage the condition is key. There are things the specialist clinics do, and there are things that each of us can do to help. This is our fourth and final episode in the Long Covid series, at least for a while.
