This week it's just Andy and Rich having a catch up and chatting about what's going on in both their worlds - another candid honest conversation. Both are excited to embark on their training to Spring Marathons and to share the joys with a group of runners going on a life changing journey over the coming months.

Andy has the uncertainty of not knowing if the Valencia Marathon is happening in 2 weeks on the 1st December and reflects on another year of running - Rich reflects on the ups and downs of life. Looking forward to the end of a challenging year and starting to look forward to 2025.
