Schmarn
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 c. Semolina
3/4c. Flour
1 1/2c. Milk
1/2 c. Cottage cheese
4 eggs, slightly scrambled
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix semolina, flour, and milk in a large bowl.
- Add eggs and cottage cheese. Stir.
- Pour into pan on med-high heat.
- Let it cook until the bottom is firm
