ABOUT Chrissie Hiller
Chrissie Hiller is a Mum, wife and coach to other busy working Mums.
After finding herself signed off from work after experiencing anxiety, stress & depression, Chrissie realised that in putting everyone else's needs before her own she was in fact deeply unhappy, wasn’t taking care of herself and therefore was not truly able to take care of others.
She realised that she used food and drink to cope with her feelings and had been skipping from one fad diet to another despite having studied Nutrition. Chrissie decided to take back control of her life and in doing so she was then inspired to help others do the same.
Chrissie started The Mum Boss Method with the goal of helping busy working Mums to put their self-care first, drop the fad diets and find self-love and self-confidence for good.
With her no-nonsense attitude to food and exercise Chrissie wants to break down the myths and banish fad diets and show Mums that they can lose weight, be healthier, fitter and happier WITHOUT restriction and endless hours of exercise.
The Mum Boss Method focuses on building confidence through fuelling the body & mind and is centred around self-development and self-love. Chrissie runs group coaching programmes and works 1:1.
