  • Tête-à-tête AMDAVADMA with Rajeev Raja & Ajit Varma
    2021/11/30

“If the whole world were blind, how would your brand be recognised?”

Brand Identities are usually bound by visuals. But what if you could design them through music? This tête-à-tête we bring to you the brains behind Brand Musiq- BrandMusiq expresses a brand’s emotional essence by applying the science of sound and the art of music. The MOGO® or ‘musical logo’, a proprietary sonic identity model, connects millions of consumers every day at a deeper, more subliminal level across several brands in India (Vistara Airlines, Tata Salt, HDFC, Myntra, Raymond, etc) and global markets.

Our speakers are Rajeev Raja & Ajit Varma. Rajeev is the Founder and ‘Soundsmith’ of BrandMusiq. One of India’s finest Jazz and fusion flautists, Rajeev is a celebrated advertising creative director who has won numerous accolades and awards in India and overseas. Just before forming BrandMusiq in 2012, he was the National Creative Director at DDB Mudra, a position he held for over 3 years.

Ajit is the Co-Founder and CEO at BrandMusiq. His 23 years in advertising also took him overseas as the MD of JWT, Jakarta and the APAC Director of Lux, Bangkok.

In this fragmented digital age, brands are looking to enhance their ‘EQ’ or Emotional Quotient with customers. Thus sound is becoming the new frontier of ‘sensory’ branding.
