This is an update on The Host, Brandon Webb and the new vision for The Dry Truth. I am providing a new outlook for where The Dry Truth is headed and the struggles I have been working through and that God has delivered me from over the past 4 months. We all are effected by life and the curve balls that come our way, how we move forward is important. You can't change the past, but you can make a change now and effect the outcome of the future. 

This episode I talk about "Self Care". I want you to be that pillar in your community that people look up to. Everyone is watching you as you walk your sober journey. Know that you are not alone or invisible. I talk about my new child "Henry" and we review a new beer called "Liquid Rain". This a a new beer from Wellbeing Brewing and 4 Hands Brewing. 

This episode is about communication and the importance of knowing when your the listener and when your the speaker. I want each listener to know your special and that this is a skill developed over time. I personally have listening issues from time to time but I have to step back and remind myself to get back in my groove. This episode is about development of friendships new and old. I talk about how you can build faith in yourself with new friendships as you maintain your existing friends. We can love our existing relationships but building new friends can help in the sober journey. I review the Grapefruit brew by Clausthaler. This was a great beer to review. 

Episode 8 is about buying into yourself and investing in you. You are your greatest asset and investing into yourself will pay miles of dividends in years to come. There are 3 main points covered; Do for Yourself, Treat Yourself, and Invest in Yourself. I review the delicious NA Beer offered by Two Roots Brewing titled "Straight Drank". It is Dank and pretty tasty. 

Eposide 7 discusses listening to yourself. Learning what are good scenarios to place yourself in and bad scenarios. We never want to set ourselves up for failure, but we do want to enjoy life. We each have to learn ourselves more and trust that our decisions are good for us and others around us. I review Penn's Best NA and give the great news about this low cost NA.
