There are so many important processes in our bodies that are controlled or affected directly by the health of our gut microbiome, and fertility is one of them. In this episode of The Egg Whisperer Show, I’m joined by Josh Dech to talk about improving gut health for fertility.

Josh is an ex-paramedic and Holistic Nutritionist, specializing in Crohn’s, Colitis and other related gut issues. He’s helped to reverse over 250 cases of Crohn’s and colitis, and is a medical lecturer at Priority Health Academy, helping educate doctors on the holistic approach to gut health, and inflammatory bowel disease. He’s also the host of ReversABLE, a top podcast about gut health.

I often talk about how important it is to fuel your body for it to feel the strongest it can as you go through your fertility journey, (that’s why the E in fertility TEAM stands for “eating and exercise”,) and gut health is a big part of the equation.
