This is why it's so important to be present in your life and take control of it.LETS TALK ABOUT The Importance of Being Present:**Being present is not just a trendy concept; it's a necessity for a healthy nervous system and a balanced life. When we allow ourselves to be distracted or pulled into the past, we give away our power. We must recognize that our thoughts, emotions, and actions are interconnected, and they all contribute to our energy levels. Each time we dwell on past frustrations or insecurities, we drain our energy.WE NEED TO Break Free from the Past:**Many individuals find themselves stuck in the past, carrying emotional baggage that weighs them down. This baggage can take the form of unresolved frustrations, insecurities, and regrets. Often, we unconsciously seek ways to release this energy, but instead of finding healthy outlets, we may project these feelings onto others or into our current situations. It’s crucial to acknowledge this pattern and take proactive steps toward breaking free from it. It is also important to be aware whenever other people try to pass their frustrations onto you. I invite you to pay attention to arrogant individuals because, most of the time, they act as if you must do everything for them just because they are your elders. I don’t agree with this. True, honest respect is earned. It’s important not to confuse being grateful with being manipulated or used to get what others want, making you feel as if you owe them something or that you need to always be there for them simply because it’s a societal concept.AND THIS OFTEN HAPPENS WITH IN FAMILIES.it is important to respect our parents for sure but a healthy relationship will grow together meaning from my perspective your parents need to respect you are not a child anymore and they need to understand you also have your life and your expectations.Staying Focused on Your Goals:**Today, I invite you to shift your focus back to your goals. Set clear standards for yourself and your life. These standards are not just guidelines; they are your commitments to yourself. Reevaluate them as often as needed, and most importantly, respect them. Don’t allow anything or anyone to cross those boundaries. Because once you allow it, just once, it will keep coming back to test your resolve.The Highway Analogy:**Imagine for a moment that you are driving on a vast highway. You know your final destination, but suddenly, you encounter three exits. Each exit represents a different distraction or temptation. This is how life works. The universe often presents us with choices decisions that test our commitment to ourselves. It’s a way of ensuring that we are truly dedicated to our journey.Discipline as a Tool for Protection:**To protect your energy, you must be disciplined. This discipline is how you safeguard your focus and ensure that you are heading toward your goals. It requires intention and commitment. Just like a driver who knows their destination, you must resist the urge to take those exits that lead you away from your path.Conclusion:**In closing, remember that your energy is a powerful force.     Write a script describing your ideal life or a specific goal as if it has already happened.Use vivid details to create an emotional connection.Then, visualize yourself living that reality.

    Use colors to represent different emotions or states of being,Visualize surrounding your self with colors that evoke positive feelings or qualities, enhancing your mood and motivation.

    Limiting believes and I WANT TO MAKE A BIG EMPHASIS ABOUT THIS.The system makes us put limitations and that’s why is so important to practice awareness and see how realistic are the limitations that system put you.You are in charge of your potential meaning you are in charge of your universe you put your own limits.We live in an endless universe there is abundance everywhere only the system thought us that we need to be in competing .

    The importance of surrounding yourself with positive influences is crucial, I always say surround yourself with positive people that brings the best of you.

    People that encourage you to do better to be better.

    Find accountability partners these are individuals who support each other in achieving goals by providing encouragement.

    Respect honesty and creativity comes to place here supper important.

    As a society, we need to analyze the values and standards set by people from centuries ago. We are living in a totally new world, and it’s vital that we guide our kids with standards that allow them the freedom to choose. Overcoming your fears is success. Please focus on your goals and don’t pay attention to the outside world; those are just distractions that prevent you from unleashing the success that lies within you. Whenever you doubt yourself, that’s when the universe is uncertain if you are ready to receive what you desire. Believe in yourself and set clear intentions in whatever you do. Act as if it is already happening, and most importantly, pay attention to your thoughts. Whenever you catch yourself having negative thoughts, redirect your mind back to positivity.
    Stay focused. Practice self-discipline in everything you do; self-control is one of the keys to success. That’s why overcoming your fears is crucial, as it requires discipline. Be mindful of your thoughts and how you manage your energy. You have the power to create everything you want in life; you need to let go of old beliefs that are holding you back from your goals.

    When you need to give a speech, look in the mirror and visualize that child, recharging the energy and strength you had when you were younger. Most of the time, we forget our inner power because we’ve been taught that we need external approval and material possessions. They overlook the most important part: working on ourselves first is where success begins. You need to be strong mentally and spiritually; your beliefs are a key component in accomplishing your goals.
    This is why it’s so important to take the time to analyze your belief system to see if it is still serving you. Often, we carry traditional beliefs from past generations without questioning their relevance. It’s time to realize that how you talk to yourself will manifest in your life. Treat yourself with kindness and be patient; don’t be too hard on yourself. This will help you be more mindful in how you treat others and cultivate compassion.
    Every day, I invite you to keep a journal. Start in the morning by writing down your dreams, if you remember them. Note how you feel, and at the end of the day, reflect on your emotions. It’s essential to stay in touch with your feelings and learn how to control them, as this is key to success. Managing your thoughts will help you achieve your goals.
    Be sure to write down your goals and be as specific as possible. Outline your plan of action to accomplish them, including the date you want to achieve them. Read this every day. You need to start taking yourself more seriously and treating yourself with respect. The universe pays attention to how you are vibrating.
    Life is a feedback loop; how you feel influences what happens next.
