  • 6. What I Learned from 1 Year Without Alcohol
    2025/05/12

Alcohol is a toxin to all humans - plain and simple.

On top of that, I was experiencing physical symptoms from drinking alcohol that were "not ideal" to say the least (and honestly kind of scary).

In this podcast, I share my experience with going over a year without alcohol.

I start with a basic understanding of alcohol and how it impacts out health, I go into WHY I decided to take an alcohol break, and then I go over the objective and subjective results from my year without alcohol.

  • 5. Why Spring is the Best Time to Start Your Health Journey
    2025/05/05

    New Year's resolutions are overrated...

The days are shorter, it's cold outside (especially in Minnesota), and the motivation is all externally driven from the culture telling us we "should" change our lives at arguably the toughest time of year...

Spring, however, is a time of new birth, growth, and emergence - not only for humans but for the entire planet.

In this episode, I break down why Spring is the best time of year to make changes to your behaviors and start a lifelong journey of health and well-being.

In this video I share 32 life lessons that I have gained in my 32 years on planet Earth. Those lessons are... Behaviors formed out of self-love are far more sustainable than behaviors formed out of discontentA 30 minute walk outside is the healthiest behavior you can engage inSmalltalk is dumb If you’re going to eat junk food, make sure it’s the best of the bestA five minute workout you complete is more beneficial than a 45 minute workout you skipBig Pharma doesn’t give a f*** about your healthSpend time with loved ones as much as you canKeep a journal and use it intuitively without judgmentProcessed liquid sugar is poisonSo is alcoholTo be honest with others, you must first be honest with yourselfMake sure your first meal each day is high in fiber and proteinThe diet industry profits off of false promises and crushed dreamsYour autonomy is the most important thing you own. Never give it up to anyone or anythingIt's better to enjoy a treat here and there than to be restrictive and binge laterLift heavy ass weights regularlyTake time each week to reflect on where you've been, where you're at, and where you want to goYour belief in yourself will determine how far you'll go before you even startHit 5-iron off the tee more oftenA friend who calls you out on your BS is a true friendDon't settle for less than what you're worthThe person you want to be is already inside you - all you need to do is find the habits to elicit that person out of youEvery single penny you invest into yourself will produce an ROI you cannot fathomSet boundaries and uphold themSuccess is more than making money. Making an impact, showing up for loved ones, and controlling your time matter moreYou are your own best doctor and healer - never give that power to any external forceCreate a vision for your life and regularly check in with itDon't watch the news - it's a waste of time and energyThe best way to make a change in the world is to start with yourselfExpress gratitude widely and deeplyI am LOVE.
