This week, I am joined by my wonderful friend, Jen, who walks us through a particularly significant day in her life, of the day her nose "fell off". As you'll hear, it didn't fall off in the way a loose tile falls off a roof, oh no, nothing so straight forward.

The journey has a huge amount of humour woven through it as my guest has a wonderful way of viewing and describing even this traumatic event!

This week, I'm joined by an incredibly strong, intelligent, and above all, brave, lady. My beautiful friend Sue is sharing with us a very significant "Un-Blank Page", that of the day she made the decision to leave her abusive husband.

Join us as we talk through the build up to that day, and explore some of the feelings and events that occurred before, and since, one of the most significant days that have featured so far.

I can't express sufficiently the gratitude I have for the openness with which the subject is approached, and I hope this episode provides an insight into a world we all hope never to be a part of, and a ray of light and hope to anyone currently facing a similar situation.

This episode discusses the death my grandmother, a close friend, and my Dad, so the subject matter may be difficult for some, though I thoroughly enjoyed recording this episode, and it's left me with warm memories and a sense of huge joy, and it's my hope that as you listen, and reflect on your own times of loss, there will always be lot of uplifting and welcome memories that join the inevitable moments of sadness.
