  • As your body changes, so will your need to do the same with your mind

    Losing weight creates a whole new person in you. Not just body wise but mentally too. As you physically morph from one person to another, you have to adjust your mind accordingly.

    Without changing your mindset, you will mentally stay the same as the previous you and slowly but surely return to your old physical body.

  • Stop with the slash and burn

    Most blokes go for the slash and burn approach to losing weight.

    Slash their food calories to an unfeasibly low amount and increase the amount of exercise they do to an unsustainably high amount to burn more calories.   Slash and burn.

    David should know because that's exactly what he did. Not once but many, many times.

    But David learned the hard way that this is not a practical long term solution. In this episode, he explains how to do it better that brings about successful weight loss and keeps it off forever.
