  • Yoga - Comparison is the thief of joy
    2022/10/19

Today we are talking about Yoga. I know, it’s kinda random. But I feel like recently, Yoga has become super popular but unfortunately, not everyone who practices yoga bothers to learn about the origins of this amazing discipline. So I wanted to interview a Yoga Instructor to learn a little bit more about it.

Lucky for me, my best friend in the whole world has been practicing Yoga for some years now and she's training to become a Yoga instructor, so she’ll be able to answer all of our questions.

To be honest, I have some preconceived notions when it comes to the way the western word practices yoga. So I’m really excited a little bit more about it and hopefully this conversation will change my mind.

So if you’re ready, lets get some clarity on this

  • COUPLES THERAPY...WOULD YOU FAIL?
    2022/08/10

I know I'm the biggest advocate for therapy, but for the longest time I thought that Couples Therapy was the last resort before a couple decided to break up for good. I just didn't see the point of going through all that trouble. But recently I've heard of a lot of people who do Couples Therapy as a preventative measure. So I decided to do an episode about this and see if someone could change my mind.

If you're not sure if you would be able to go to therapy with your partner and come out stronger, this episode is for you.

  • OWN YOUR STORY: HOW TO BE A SELF-PUBLISHING AUTHOR
    2022/06/22

At some point in all of our lives, we've had an idea that we would love to turn into a book. Most of the time we let that idea go because we believe that the Publishing World is too complicated and publishing our books seems impossible.

Well, today I'm talking to my friend Reii, a two-time self-publishing author. We will talk about her latest poetry book, what she's learned about being an independent author and a lot more.

Make sure to check out Reii's books available at Amazon:

  • WTF IS AN NFT???
    2022/03/30

In this conversation we dive into the world of NFT's. To be honest, I'm kind of an old-school guy so the concept of buying NFT's seems like a bit of a scam. But I had to look into it to be completely sure.

Steve Hamrell basically broke everything down for me in sort of a "NFT's for Dummies" way and now I feel a little less skeptical about this.

Let me know if you'll be investing...

  • Miscarriages: We Need to Talk About Them Part II
    2022/03/16

In the last episode I spoke with Sarah Sherry and Jenna Williams about their experiences with miscarriages. It was one of the toughest conversations I’ve had on this show, but I didn’t want to cut anything out. So I decided to cut this into two episodes so you could get to hear their full stories. If you haven’t heard the first part yet, I really hope you do so before continuing with this episode. I also want to warn you about the content of this conversation. If you are triggered by conversations about miscarriages or death, this is probably going to be hard to go through. But if you feel like you are up for it, I hope you feel all the power, strength and resilience I felt while talking to these amazing women.

I really hope this episode gets to the right people and that it helps you feel that just like Jenna and Sarah said, there is no time limit on your grief. Your pain is valid regardless of what society says. And that no loss if bigger than other.

I really hope this conversation has helped you somehow and my biggest wish for you is that you give yourself the grace that you deserve to get through today.

  • Miscarriages: We Need to Talk About Them Part I
    2022/03/09

Miscarriages are unfortunately very common. But for some reason, we don't talk about them enough. There's still this stigma of shame that surrounds this conversation and it is time to change that.

Sarah Sherry and Jenna Williams share their experiences with miscarriages with hopes of helping other people out there feel less alone if they are going through something similar.

My conversation with them was too powerful. I didn’t want to cut anything out from it. But I also know that I can’t make an episode that goes on for over an hour. I also know that this is a tough topic so I decided to cut this into two parts in order to give you time to process everything we just heard. You’ll be able to listen to the rest of this conversation on the next episode.

  • Plant your seed NOW! How to grow your channel to become your own BOSS!
    2022/02/23

When it comes to Home Decor, I'm practically useless. My idea of decor is a picture of my dogs and my Beyoncé poster. So when I moved to my new place I decided to reach out to someone with better taste.  Jordan Brown from @goldenhourabode sat down with me and gave me some pointers on her Dos and Don'ts for everything home decor.

But as it usually happens with me, the conversation took a turn when she told me about the reason behind her social media career.

Jordan is proof of what dream, passion, hard work and a few plants (or 100) can do!

Join us as we discuss how to grow your channel and achieve your dream in the process.

  • HOW TO START YOUR THERAPY JOURNEY
    2022/01/26

Asking for help with your mental health can be scary. There's so much information out there that it can be very hard to know where to even start looking. So I decided to talk to Sara Cameo, my sister and a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with almost 10 years of experience. We talked about the misconceptions around therapy, her experiences with her patients and how anyone could start their journey in the road to mental health.

Throughout this conversation, I discovered that even though I've been in therapy for a long time now, there's still a lot I need to learn about. So if you want to learn with me, press play!
