Voices: Vol. 2 is the second installment of the Voices series by Black Males in Education St. Louis (BMESTL) in an attempt to project the work, accomplishments, and perspectives of Black male educators. Based on the success of Voices: Vol. 1, there is little doubt that Vol. 2 will not only be a compelling listen, but will also inspire more Black men (and women) to find their authentic voice while encouraging others to enter the field of education.

Tough and outspoken, Felisha refuses to accept the life she’s been given. When she goes searching for answers, she is shocked to find herself in a whole new world. A world filled with shape-shifting cats that turn into sexy men. And fire-breathing dragons that want to kill her. J’amar Li’Asher is a fun-loving playboy. The second born of the ruling family. His life is exactly the way he wants it, carefree with no pressure...until the goddess shows him his one true mate.

The hope for a feral cure is now lost due to the death of Dr. Jack Tanner. Major Rathbone, Salvatore, and Rebecka Hayes set off for the werecat and human safehold in the Olympic Mountains. Along the way, they hope to recover the rabid sisters Pippa Reyes and Abby Hunter as they make their escape across the feral-infested wastelands. But following a bizarre twist of events, we find that both Jack Tanner and Aiden are still alive.

This is a place of learning. I invite guests to come and convince me, and you...us, of something. I hear these pitches and dig as deep as possible to understand the position and all it's nuance. My goal isn't to be convinced, nor is it to dissuade. My goal is to learn, to understand, and with any luck find and establish common ground through disagreement. Agree to disagree is merely a starting point.
