In this short assortment of poetry and prose, I include nine poems, two works of prose, and two Facebook quotes. Everything written here is presented in chronological order from 1992-2013, over the span of more than 20 years of my life. I hope you enjoy, and I thank you for listening!

I started learning Spanish relatively late in life: 33 years of age. However, since then, I have worked as a medical interpreter, proofreader, and conversational Spanish instructor, and I love reading El Pais, the Spanish equivalent of The New York Times, daily for its fresh European perspective.

The thrust of this book is nutrition and complimentary therapies for digital addiction, anxiety, bipolar, depression, and schizophrenia. Useful resources to find authoritative information on all the included mental disorders from the American medical perspective are included. Truisms that have been passed down through the ages about mental health that have stood the rigors of scientific inquiry are presented. The role of nutrition in ameliorating anxiety is discussed.

Many biographies of people with schizophrenia seem to dwell primarily on the feeling of hopelessness, and they keep expectations for the sufferer's future low. With this autobiography, Mr. Jiang attempts to turn the tables on this litany of sorrow. He shows himself as a result of the miracles that modern medicine can produce. He went from being a basket case to a respected, technologically-savvy medical librarian working at a world-renowned research institution.
