Life was going good for MD in Jacksonville FL. His new fiancé is pregnant, he ran a couple of successful businesses, and finally escaped that Urban Mind State, or so he thought. After his mother was raped and left for dead, MD found himself on a murderous rampage that led him back to Memphis. Against his better judgement, he teams up with his nemesis and former best friend to protect his family from the streets, the cartel, and his family curse.

Mitchell Daniels, better known as MD, was born in Memphis, TN, to a mother who came from a prestigious suburban family. MD followed in his father Xavier's footsteps, who was the complete opposite of his mother. He gained notoriety and credit in the streets. Xavier, with the street moniker X, was known in Memphis as a notorious gangster, dealer, and hustler.
